A special name for our sweetheart

We chose a name for our little girl a very long time ago. Each time we were pregnant and had a boy, the name was saved for "maybe next time". The name changed slightly in form over time, but the thought behind her name never changed. We always knew if we had a little girl we wanted to name her after two very special gramma's who are no longer with us. Our daughter will have the name Maella (pronounced may ella). She is named after her Great Gramma's: Cora MAE Eisenga and ELLA Madeline Russell. Our daughter will have her birth name as her middle name. We will continue to call her that name at home, as well as Maella. Her birthname fits her very well. (We cannot share it until the adoption is final and she is officially our daughter.)
